Get ready to plan an awesome Embodied Advent special event in your community!  It is our joy to provide you the content for our 2024 program Embodied Advent: Love Came Down?  The Love Came Down Soul Flow plans will be available in this course on Sunday, November 5th. 

What to expect:

• Comprehensive class plan for a Yin + Soul Flow 90 minute practice. Expect full teaching resources including theme introduction, scripture, quotes, class sequences, 2 playlist options, journaling prompts, etc... We will give you a editable Word document to customize your offering for your student base.  

• Pre-recorded event planning discussion with Kristin discussing event planning details: finding a venue, brunch or evening candlelight consideration, pricing, optional gifts for attendees, food resources, spreadsheet for budgeting, how to engage community through small group discussions, art options, facilitating meditations, etc..
• Soul Care: Supplies and teaching on how to lead a contemplative coloring and journaling exercise.
• PLUS BONUS practices & meditations for each week of Advent to embody hope, joy, peace and love.
